Serving the Iron Range and northeastern Minnesota

CrossUSA, Inc.

CrossUSA’s philosophy is to locate information technology centers in rural areas of low crime, light traffic, abundant recreation and low cost of living.  In early 2008, CrossUSA opened a 5,000 square-foot information technology center in Eveleth’s Progress Park.

About 20 employees transferred to Eveleth following the closure of a CrossUSA technology center in Watford City, N.D.  Within months, about 30 employees were working at the Eveleth center, earning from $45,000 to $50,000 annually.

The center offers information technology consulting services such as assessments, management consulting, project management and programming services to targeted companies. Employees who work at the center are experienced and highly skilled.

“We have employees who have come to Eveleth from places like Pittsburgh, Texas and Seattle,” said Nick Debronksy, CrossUSA, Inc. chief executive officer. “They have worked an average of 25 years at other firms, have a tremendous amount of knowledge and work together in a team-oriented workplace. What the Iron Range has to offer is housing, education, lifestyle and a low cost of living. Some of our employees get to live on a lake, which has been their dream.”

To help CrossUSA relocate to one of the state’s most beautiful regions, Iron Range Resources provided the company with a direct loan.
